Functie inhoud
As Account coordinator you will:
- Coordinate with local based teams and external suppliers
- Set up suitable processes for planning, tracking and coordination
- Ensure on-time delivery of all products , including all printing and paper production to logistical partners and or branches.
- Establish, maintain and improve procedures to ensure timelines, cost efficiency and overall quality of the catalogue production and distribution
- Ensure efficient planning and allocation of (human) resources needed to meet publication deadlines
- Establish a lasting and productive relationship with the creative -, production and marketing partners.
- Monitor overall progress within the whole company, including foreign branches and departments.
- Inform stakeholders about the progress
- Identify and remove ‘roadblocks', either through escalation, shifting of internal resources or the
- use of external resources
- Act as coordinator for new pan-European publications, making sure that all resources are in place and the desired quality is met before deadline.
- Investigate and asses new market developments on their respective opportunities (Together with the Process Specialist concerned)
Gewenst profiel
- A Bachelor and a minimum of 2 years working experience, some experience with international projects preferred
- The ability to work with automated processes, keeping a balance between individual creativity and automation.
- A flexible work ethic, attention for detail and good time management skills
- The ability to approach and address challenges and opportunities in a logical manner and manage the situation accordingly with all available resources
- Good organisational and communicative skills, showing respect for other cultures and people
- Strong problem solving skills and a natural drive for reaching the desired results.
- Fluent in oral and written English and preferably proficient in a second main European Language
