On behalf of our client we are searching for a part-time Senior Project Manager with experience in Asset Management. Initially this position will be for 2 – 3 days a week.

Wat ga je doen?

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and rollout of the new Asset Management (ADAM) tools in the European regions, as part of the Easy to Create (E2C) program. You will be reporting to the E2C program manager and will be responsible for planning as well as running a pan-European project team (with regional satellite teams). Also, you will manage timelines, implementation and contacts with third parties.

Critical results:

• Manage both in-house teams as well as third parties, providing fitting solution(s)

• Enable interaction between the Publishing systems and surrounding systems

• Support, provide feedback and improve the E2C program rollout and implementation

• Provide pan- European Asset Management solutions and tooling, meeting deadlines and budget

Wie zoeken we?

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor degree (University or equivalent)
• Hands on knowledge of Publishing tools and processes
• Affinity with Merchandising and Marketing processes
• At least 3 years experience in Project Management and tooling
• A proven track record in successful international projects
• Knowledge of the Office products industry is a plus
• Proven strong analytical and project management skills

Wat bieden we jou?

Project Planning (30 % )

• Provide support for specification of required product features and functions (Scoping)
• Coordinate translation of required features and functions into IS and IT - designs
• Define, implement and manage budget and resources

Project Execution (50 %)

• Define, draft and manage the project implementation plan
• Manage planning, budgets and timelines, ensuring correct and timely implementation
• Report to the E2C program manager and project leader
• Support and coordinate regional European satellite publishing project teams

Project Finalisation ( 20 % )

• Set up operational support and transfer this after rollout
• Manage requests for adjustments
• Ensure operational stability
